How do I create a TradeSphere account?
Creating an account is easy! Click "Sign Up" on the login page, enter your email address, create a strong password, and verify your email with the OTP code sent to you. Once verified, you can start exploring TradeSphere immediately.
What cryptocurrencies can I trade?
TradeSphere supports a wide range of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), and many more. Check our Markets page for the full list of supported assets.
How do I deposit funds?
Go to Assets > Deposit, select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, and copy the wallet address shown. Send your crypto to this address from your external wallet. Deposits are usually confirmed within 10-30 minutes depending on network congestion.
What is the minimum deposit amount?
Minimum deposit amounts vary by cryptocurrency. For most coins, the minimum is equivalent to $10 USD. Please check the deposit page for specific minimums for each asset.
How do I place a trade?
Navigate to Trade > Swap or Futures, select your trading pair, enter the amount you want to trade, review the estimated output, and confirm the transaction. Your trade will be executed at the best available market price.
What are trading fees?
TradeSphere charges a competitive 0.1% trading fee for spot trades and 0.02%-0.04% for futures trades. Fees are automatically deducted from your trade. VIP users may qualify for reduced fees.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to More > Security Settings, tap "Enable 2FA", and scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy recommended). Enter the 6-digit code to complete setup. 2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password", enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password. For security, password reset links expire after 1 hour.
How do I withdraw my crypto?
Go to Assets > Withdraw, select the cryptocurrency and network, enter your external wallet address, specify the amount, and confirm with your 2FA code. Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours after security verification.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Withdrawals may be pending due to security verification, network congestion, or manual review for large amounts. Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Contact support if your withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours.
How do I verify my identity (KYC)?
Go to More > Identity Verification, upload a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID), take a selfie for facial verification, and submit. Verification typically takes 1-3 business days.
